The Health Re-CONN-Figuration is a one time virtual consultation that is all about you! We will discuss your goals, health trends, injuries, pain, diet, and anything else you would like to focus on. It is specific to you and your needs and will provide you with the information you need to begin to make changes to your health. We can discuss whatever you would like to improve about your health, including these topics and more: - Nutrition- Updated nutrition information for long term success. - Exercise- Updated exercise recommendations to help you achieve your goals. - Pain relief- do you have pain that prevents you from doing the things you love? I can provide information to help you recover and get back to living your life. I will help set you up with a program to address your specific needs and design SMART goals to help you achieve them. After the virtual consultation you will still have access to me via email and phone if you have questions.
