General Policy

All payments are non-refundable.

By purchasing a program or service, you agree to this no-refund policy.
1-Month Plan & In-Home Massage Services

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

No refunds or credits will be issued for unused sessions, missed appointments, or cancellations.
3-Month Plan (Payment Plans Available)

Flexible payment plans are available for the 3-Month Program.

If you choose to cancel your participation before the plan is complete, you are still financially responsible for paying the remaining balance in full.

Missed or unattended sessions will not be rescheduled, refunded, or credited.
Medical or Emergency Situations

In cases of documented medical emergencies, Connelly Health and Wellness may, at its sole discretion, allow you to apply a credit toward a future program. This does not constitute a refund.
Agreement
By enrolling in a program or purchasing services from Connelly Health and Wellness, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.
